From market research, we've identified a dual need: the necessity for in-home security cameras and, conversely, a hesitancy to use them when guests are present or when family members are at home. Therefore, we designed a camera with a clearly distinguishable open/closed state, which requires a deliberate mechanical action to switch between modes. This straightforward visual cue provides peace of mind for both residents and visitors that they are not being monitored without their knowledge.
